Antique French Micro Steel Cut Beaded Evening Purse Bag With Looped Fringe

This beauty has an Art Nouveau design on both sides in an ornate gold and silver pattern. 
The metal hinged frame has an ornate engraving with a kiss clasp.
The hand strap is a double row of gold tone metal link. Needs cleaning.  
No beads are missing.
Purse is in good condition. 
Looped fringe has some rusted beads at the bottom. 
Original pink silk lining in poor condition. 
8.5" Long from the frame to the fringe x 5" Wide.
Double chain strap is 6.5" Long.
